MON 20th MARCH ‘2023
Today is the first time this year volunteering @TheFelixProject due to having my right-hand swelling over the last few wks I wasn't able to do it sooner.
Co-driving with 1 of the regular volunteers a lovely, friendly and welcoming guy called Derick (I think) 🤔 sorry I am so terrible with names. 🙈
We drove to Harrow to ship-off some food and then two collections from Greenford, a warehouse and the fabulous M&S. It's always great being able to help and give a helping-hand ☺️

While in the van waiting to enter through the barriers I saw my 3rd #magpie 💖 I really do love these birds. 🤗

FRI 2nd DEC ‘2022:
Today I was volunteering as a Co-Driver from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, delivering food to Schools, Homeless Shelters and Community Centers.
It was a great, proactive day. Thank you, FELIX 🤗

Just got in from going down the road to enquire about #volunteering at the #FoodCycle @FCEastActon
It was so lovely to see people from all walks of life attend to enjoy a 3-course meal while getting to know others. It’s a superb service helping people in need. #helpinghand 🙌
Everyone who came through the door was welcomed and offered food and drink... I even meet a 21yr old here only 3days from Portugal 🇵🇹 and a gentleman in his early 50s who had only been in this country 2mths from Jamaica 🇯🇲.
We are 1 people and helping each other within a community is very important... as many only have themselves and no one else. #realtalk
God bless places like this helping those in need of a warm, safe space and got food. 🙏
