WRONGFUL DISMISSAL

It's nearly 2wks since I had my contract terminated due to a wrongful dismissal, and the more I think about it, it's really PISSING ME OFF!

I HATE injustice, victimisation and discrimination in the workplace, and there is so much going on. I witnessed it enough the manager talking to staff like shit… well, the ones (youngers) who she could get away with talking to like that.

She knew I weren't the 1!

But to hear 1 of the reasons for ending my contract was because I have a strong personality, and she (the unprofessional manager), was finding me hard to mange 🤔🤣 news to me mate!!!

I saw how she treated some females, hating on them for their youth and good looks, jealous or envious females as managers can't work!

All I know is I WAS Wrongfully Dismissed. It doesn't come under Unfair Dismissal as I hadn't worked there for two years, but Wrongful dismissal has no length of work… because it's just plain WRONG!

😩pain galore now, having started ‘spotting/bleeding lightly’ from Mon - Wed and since today it’s been #heavy as #fuck 😏 and #cramps (for any guys reading this) the #pain speaks louder than these #words written!

Why couldn’t men have been given just #1 day a mth to experience #periodpains 🤷‍♀️ WE as females are just so, so #precious to the #humanrace at being able to create, develop and carry #life inside of their #stomach (for those that are) #blessed to have the chance in doing that.

Me personally... I don’t understand why a #female wouldn’t #hope #want #pray to one day have that #onceinalifetime #first experience at #carrying and giving #birth - obviousy its #eachtotheirown and many might think #youaintgotnone and my answer would be the same;

“when god is ready to bless me and not before”

Only he knows who is to be a #parent and who isn’t!!! #yerisaidit -

My heart goes out to any teen girls, starting theirs and not having the #help #support or #supplies during their #timeofthemonth 😳

Guys be #nice more #understanding (if not already) Show the #lady #ladies #woman #women in your life that when on their #reds you “wish you could share the pain” 🤣 #yer right!
