DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

Firstly I am extremely vex, at the reviews for this mail center and I understand why now my present was not treated with care or common sense!

The email below explains my anger and disgrace of ‘Royal Mail’ as this is not acceptable and whoever delivered my gift needs to be held accountable and given a warning!

The flowers that I ordered to be delivered for my cousin's birthday yesterday have not been received 🥺

Tried contacting Royal Mail, no luck!

I just saw the photo left, and I am fuming! 😡

How Stupid & irresponsible can a delivery person be to leave a gift out in the open for anyone to take?

He could have left it outside her front door, which is on the side and not able to be seen on the main road… only by her neighbour!

Well, I am about to leave my review of this disgraceful service right now.

I have cc’d my cousin so she can see that my surprise wasn't delivered with care. 🙄

But I just wanted to make you aware that a stranger took your efforts to send flowers 🌺as a gift!

What is the point of a company like Royal Mail, if they allow their drivers to deliver like this! Shameful
